WebHeather is survived by her husband of 23 years, Jim Carr, and boys Jacob and Caleb. Also surviving are her parents, Doug and Barbara Heasley, her brother, Brock Heasley, in-law parents, Jeanene and James Carr, sister in-law Pamela Fitch Landis (Steve), niece Victoria, nephews, Josh and Dan, and numerous loved extended family members.
