WebJul 10, 2024 · here is my GEM28 with full setup on my light tripod with special adapter. Works perfect with ASIAIR Pro. First table tests with slew to object and goto home quick and silent. I am surprised by the "numerous bad reports on quality and customer service". After 3 nights of fairly decent tests tracking and guiding after replacing the RA board, both RA and DEC axes went "off the rails". RMA stats in the 4.5+ arc sec range and would not recover.
