WebCreality3d is sending me a new main board and refunded me $30. When I receive it, I’ll see if I can repair the old board as well, but it might be beyond my skill if re-soldering the USB-C connection doesn’t fix it. It is like nothing is connected. The same thing happens when I plug it into a windows 10 computer as well. The printer is being powered by the connection though.
