This final team is a pretty good level, ranging from Roxanne's Level 47-52 team to Juan's Level 61-66 team. I'm not sure what causes the Gym Leaders to want a rematch. WebIt will also heal your team right before the battle starts. This won't be like crystal clear's method of resetting the entire gym though, only the gym leader is rematch-able.
