I'm more talking about the bitcoin wallet rather than the lightning because I'm getting the rest of my bitcoin off an exchange, but don't necessarily want to open channels with it. WebUmbrel contains a bitcoin core instance (and it does not use the wallet.dat file for it) and also an LND instance (this is the one it uses!). All personalized data is on the SSD. The 24 word seed phrase you get is not a regular bitcoin seedphrase, it is for restoring the keys to the ligthning wallet in the node.
